Today, some of the largest denominations for Muslims include Ahmadiyya, Shi’a, Sufism, and Sunni. Sunni is the largest form of Islam worldwide by approximately 85%. Some of the other groups of Islam are Shia, Alawi, Sufi, Wahhabi, Druze and Bahai, which is the smallest.
